Doctor of Nursing Practice and dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Pain Management Nurse based in Las Vegas, Nevada.He practices pain management within a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) medical group, helping patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centered care.

As an Advanced Practice Pain Management Nurse (AP-PMN), Dr. Cabatingan is passionate about safe and responsible pain management, with a focus on non-opioid therapies, rehabilitation, patient education, and improving access to trustworthy pain resources.

Beyond clinical practice, he serves as Adjunct Faculty in Community Health Nursing at Nevada State University and contributes to the Nevada State Board of Nursing’s Nursing Practice Advisory Committee (NPAC).

Dr. Cabatingan founded the Lean Pain Relief Initiative to bridge the gap between pain science and everyday understanding—giving patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals practical, evidence-based resources to make informed decisions and live better with pain.
